Objectives: 
(1) Exploring challenges, obstacles and green skills of youth workers on how to implement nature-based learning in their
work
(2) Promote the exchange of good practices on resilience among different countries
(3) Creating an innovative toolkit for youth workers on nature inclusive non-formal education to boost the resilience of youth
(4) Promote nature based learning in youth work, and our network
(5) Knowledge, expertise exchange and capacity building of the organizations


Implementation: 
(1)Research of good practices. Literature review, interviewing young people, youth workers and experts in the field
(2)Pilot activities to test good practices with young people
(2)Exchange of good practices on nature based learning and resilience in nature
(3)Designing a toolkit and check-list
(4)Train the trainer and international webinar to facilitate the implementation of nature based learning on resilience an nature
in youth work
(5)Posts on social media to share the toolkit and learnings
Results:
-A simple and visually attractive toolkit with energizers, icebreakers and nature inclusive non-formal activities for youth
workers to bring nature back in the life of young people
-An inspirational check-list with activities to connect with nature on a daily basis
-Empowering the green skills of youth workers
-Having clear guidelines on how to guide young people in nature to boost resilience
-FIN and Oba learned how to work together in an Erasmus+ strategic partnership to reach high quality
